Hilltop / Crestmoor

Arriving in Denver from California, Debra Toney was initially drawn to Hilltop/Crestmoor for it’s quiet tree-lined streets, charming period architecture and lush parkways; the decision was made that this is where her own family would be raised and in 1990 with the design, re-model and addition of 520 Clermont a budding career was established! Debra has since gone on to build many homes in the area garnering just as many awards including a Colorado Homes and Lifestyles Home of the Year for 2006, several national awards including the prestigious 2007 Custom Home Magazine Watermark Awards and publications in magazines such as The Robb Report, Home Magazine, My House, Better Homes and Gardens and Great American Kitchens. Bolstered by the premier neighborhoods, Parkhill on the North, Lowery/Stapleton on the east and the neighborhood of Cherry Creek, with its shops and restaurants to the west, Hilltop/Crestmoor, an easy commute to downtown, continues to be a favorite these many years later. The area boasts a wealth of parks; Cranmer, Barns, Burns and Robinson Park lie within the Hilltop neighborhood, while a half dozen others including Crestmoor, Pulaski, Mayfair and Lindsay are just blocks away.
