In our initial meetings with the owners, there were some crucial decisions to be made: how best to present a 23 year old home to a market that is enamored with the bells and whistles of new construction.

The solutions that you presented to the owners were the correct ones. A fresh coat of paint, new carpet and new iron railings gave them the most bang for the buck. You knew the carpet to select, which walls and trim should be painted and the perfect colors and which iron maker could fabricate new railings to compliment the home’s style. But your service takes these suggestions a step further. You made it happen for them – all in a 30 day time frame. The longer list of small items, such as a new roman shade for the master bath and selecting new light fixtures were again made simple for the owners with your expertise.

Instead of the obvious decision, to tackle the dated kitchen and baths – this creative approach was accomplished in 30 days at a very reasonable price and major savings to the owners. These changes were directly responsible for the home selling and selling in record time. Plus the home sold for 99% of list price!
