Arriving in Denver from California, Debra Toney was initially drawn to Hilltop/Crestmoor for it's quiet tree-lined streets, charming period architecture and lush parkways; the decision was made that this is where her own family would be raised and in 1990 with the design, re-model and addition of 520 Clermont a budding career was established! Debra has since gone on to build many homes in the area garnering just as many awards including a Colorado Homes and Lifestyles Home of the Year for 2006, several national awards including the prestigious 2007 Custom Home Magazine Watermark Awards and publications in magazines such as
